Solar Phase 1: Complete!
Updated: Jul 15, 2019

A very big thank you to Daniel Blood and his team for their hard work in bringing Phase 1 of our Solar Project to a close!
Phase 1 (out of 4 total phases) involved installing 5 more panels on the roof of the Guesthouse.
The guesthouse supports our housing for mission awareness groups and key staff members. This location also houses a computer lab and control center for telecommunications and internet, making it a key building for all communication between staff in Haiti and staff in the United States. The boy's village will also benefit from this installation, as power for their well pump comes from the guesthouse.
The team from the states worked tirelessly with support from staff members at Pwoje Espwa to get panels, batteries and connections set up. Their trip had been rescheduled several times due to months of unrest and travel warnings. We are grateful for their perseverance and patience!
Thank you!!
We couldn't get this project off the ground without YOU - thank you to all who have made a donation to our Solar Project!

We still need funding in order to complete the other 3 phases! Will you help us bring sustainable energy to the children at Pwoje Espwa Sud?
